Module overview

In this module, we analyze the most recent European Legislation, such as the Radio Equipment Directive Delegated Act (RED DA) and the Cyber ​​Resilience Act (CRA), and their relationship with existing standards (ETSI EN 303 645 for consumer IoT, EN 18031 for Internet-connected radio devices and IEC 62443 for industrial systems).​

​Participants will gain a high-level understanding of how these frameworks are structured and how they support security in different IoT environments, including industries such as medical and automotive.

The course aims to provide an understanding of the RED Delegated Act and the Cyber Resilience Act, and to explain how to approach compliance with these legislations through the use of relevant cybersecurity standards for consumer, industrial, and radio devices.​
